Find your diocese’s public records and private team tools, and choose where to start.

Your Catholic Intelligence diocese dashboard brings together public information about your diocese and private tools for your team. Use it to explore published records, collect parish reports, search diocesan documents, and review Pastoral Insights when they are available.
Your diocese’s public directory page can exist before its team has activated a Catholic Intelligence workspace. Finding that page does not give you administrative access. If your diocese has already set up its workspace, ask its owner or administrator to invite you using the email address you use to sign in.
Overview, the bishop’s profile, and the directory introduce the diocese to visitors. Statistics, Financials, and Map let signed-in visitors explore the published information available for that diocese. Coverage varies, so check the source notes and reporting years alongside the figures.
Sections marked Team contain private workspace tools. The controls you see depend on your access:
Start by reviewing the diocese’s public details and directory. Then invite the colleagues who will work with reports or documents. If a reporting deadline is approaching, review the template and open the correct reporting cycle before directing parishes to their forms.
For document search, upload a small set of current policies or pastoral letters and wait for processing to finish. For Insights, check the opt-in progress shown on the dashboard; inviting someone to the team does not opt them into sharing usage data.
Confirm that you are signed in with the invited account and have selected the correct organization. A free account lets you browse account-gated public records, but private tools require access to the diocese workspace. Ask the workspace owner to check your membership and permissions if a tool you need is unavailable.
Walkthrough illustrations and pages marked as demo or sample data are examples. Use your own diocese’s source notes and saved records when preparing real work.
