Settings is the place to manage your parish profile, public visibility, team access, and the subscription controls available to your role. Open it from your parish dashboard and confirm the parish name before making changes.

The sections shown depend on your permissions. Parish ownership, member management, content editing, and billing are distinct responsibilities; access to one does not automatically include all the others.

Invite staff and volunteers

1. Open Settings → Members.
2. Use the invitation controls to add an individual, enter several email addresses, import a CSV list, or share an invitation link.
3. Choose the appropriate available role for the person’s work.
4. Send the invitation and review pending invitations and member status in the panel.

Use the email address the person will use to sign in. A person listed in your staff directory does not automatically have a user account or private workspace access.

Review member roles when responsibilities change, and use the available removal controls when someone should no longer belong to the team. Updating a directory record does not change their login permissions.

Review access requests

The Members section also shows parish access requests when your account can manage them. Check the requester and their relationship to the parish before making a decision.

When approving, choose the role you intend to grant, such as Member or Admin, using the request controls. A requested role is not itself an approval. Decline a request when it should not grant parish access.

If a user cannot open the workspace after being invited or approved, confirm that they are signed in with the same email address and are viewing the correct parish.

Manage public visibility

Use Public page to edit the profile and schedules. Use Public visibility to choose whether visitors can see Statistics and Financials. Directory records have additional switches for showing individual people, ministries, and contact details.

Statistics and Financials require saved figures before publication. Enabling either one publishes that entire read-only section and future updates while the switch remains on. Review the publication confirmation before enabling it.

Review seats and subscription

Use the member and Subscription panels to review the seat and plan information available to your account. Billing actions are shown only when your permissions allow them. Check that you are managing the parish’s institutional subscription before making a change.

Diocesan administrators may have inherited access to parish content and reports while lacking permission to manage parish members, ownership, or billing. If a colleague can edit a report but cannot invite someone, ask the parish owner to handle or review that access.

If you cannot find a setting

Confirm that you are in the live parish workspace and signed in with the right account. Then ask the parish owner to review your permissions. A demo walkthrough illustrates the features, but its controls and sample memberships do not grant access to the live parish.
