Changing your account email

Update the email address on your Magisterium AI account.

You can update the email address on your Magisterium AI account from your profile page.

Change your email

  1. Click your name in the bottom-left of the sidebar and choose Settings.
  2. In the left account sidebar, click Account (the page at /account/account).
  3. In Email, enter your new email address.
  4. Click Save.

Verifying the change

For security, email changes are sent to your account provider (Supabase) for verification. Check the inbox of your new email address and follow the link inside to complete the change. If you also see a confirmation message at your old address, follow it as well.

If you signed in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or X

Your sign-in email is controlled by your social provider. Change it there first, then sign in to Magisterium AI with the updated account.

Trouble receiving the verification emails?

  • Check spam folders on both accounts.
  • Make sure the new email isn't already in use by another Magisterium AI account.
  • If you no longer have access to the old address, contact us and choose Billing / Subscription or Other as the reason so we can help.
