Organization invitation email didn't arrive

Organization invitations are sent by email from Magisterium AI. If one hasn't arrived, try these steps.

If you're the invitee

1. Check your spam and junk folders for a message from Magisterium AI.
2. Confirm with your Owner / Admin that they used the exact email you expected.
3. If you have an existing Magisterium AI account, sign in with that email — the invite will appear in your account once the email matches.
4. Ask your Owner / Admin to delete the pending invite and send it again.

If you're an Owner or Admin

1. Click your name in the sidebar and choose Organizations (the members dashboard at /account/organization).
2. Find the pending invite under Pending Invites, click Delete, then click Invite to Organization to send a fresh invitation to the same address.
3. Double-check the address for typos before re-sending — there is no in-app "Resend" button.

Email address matters

The invite is sent to a specific address. When the invitee accepts, they must sign in with an account using that same email. If they want to accept with a different address, cancel the invite and re-send to the correct one.
