Password-reset email didn't arrive
What to check when your reset email hasn't shown up.
May 11, 2026
If you requested a password reset and the email hasn't shown up, walk through these quick checks.
1. Check spam and junk
- Look in your spam folder — reset emails are sometimes caught as suspicious.
- Gmail: check Promotions and Updates tabs.
- Search for
noreply@magisterium.comormagisterium.comacross folders.
2. Confirm the email address
- Make sure you entered the exact email you used to sign up.
- If you signed up with a social provider (Google, Apple, Facebook, X), you don't have a password to reset — sign in with that provider instead. See Logging in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or X.
3. Request a new reset
- On the login screen, click Forgot Password?.
- Enter your email and click Reset Password.
- Wait a minute or two for the email.

Each request invalidates earlier reset links, so only use the most recent email.
4. Try a different network
Corporate email filters sometimes delay or drop password emails. If possible, test with a personal email address added to your account, or have your IT team whitelist magisterium.com.
5. Still no email?
Contact us and choose Other or Billing / Subscription. Include:
- The email you're trying to reset.
- When you requested the reset.
We'll help you regain access.
