Getting started with your parish dashboard

Find My Parish, finish setup, and move between your public page and private team tools.

Your Catholic Intelligence parish dashboard brings your parish’s profile, directory, statistics, finances, and reporting into one workspace. Visitors see the information available on the public parish page. Authorized team members also have access to private tools and saved information.

Find your workspace

  1. Sign in with the Magisterium AI account associated with your parish.
  2. Open Catholic Intelligence, find your diocese, and select your parish.
  3. Open My Parish and check the parish name before starting work.

If you can browse the public parish record but cannot see team tools, check that you are using the invited account. A public directory record can exist before the parish has claimed and activated its workspace. Contact your parish owner for an invitation if your team already uses Catholic Intelligence.

Complete the first setup

The initial walkthrough asks the parish owner to confirm the parish identity, review its profile and visibility choices, and invite users. After that, the setup checklist helps you work through the remaining tasks.

Start with the information visitors use most: contact details, Mass and confession schedules, and office hours. Then review staff and ministries, add parish figures, and check any reporting cycle your diocese has opened. You can return to the available setup tasks as information becomes ready.

Statistics and financial reports stay private until you add figures and choose to publish the sections. An empty section cannot be published.

Where to do common tasks

  • My Parish summarizes the parish and provides an entry point to its information.
  • Settings → Public page contains the parish profile and schedules.
  • Directory contains parish clergy, staff, ministries, and other available directory information.
  • Statistics and Financials display the parish’s saved figures. Use Manage Data to add, correct, import, or publish them.
  • Reports contains Annual Parish Pastoral Reports and Official Catholic Directory updates for cycles opened by the diocese.
  • Documents provides the parish document library where access is available.
  • Settings contains public visibility, member management, and subscription controls according to your permissions.

Public information and team information

Saving profile and schedule changes updates the public page. Directory records have their own record and contact visibility controls. Statistics and Financials stay private until you publish each section; while a section is published, future saved figures also appear to visitors.

To check the public view, open the parish page in a private browser window. Some sections require a free Magisterium account even when they are available to visitors. Your administrative view can show information that those visitors cannot see.

When a tool is unavailable

Ask the parish owner to review your role if you need to edit, invite users, or manage the plan and cannot see the action. Diocesan colleagues may be able to help with parish content or reports without having permission to manage parish members or billing.
