Your Organization plan is priced per seat. You can add or remove seats at any time.

Change your seat count

1. Click your name in the sidebar and choose Manage Plan.
2. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal.
3. Choose Update plan or Update quantity and set the new seat count.
4. Confirm.

How billing is adjusted

Stripe calculates any proration automatically:

• Adding seats mid-cycle — you're charged a prorated amount for the new seats up to your next renewal.
• Removing seats mid-cycle — a credit is usually applied to your next invoice.

Stripe shows the exact amounts before you confirm.

Removing a seat that's in use

If you try to reduce seats below your current member count, you'll need to remove members first. See Inviting and removing members.

Who can change seats

Only Owners and Admins can change seat count. Members don't see Manage Subscription. See Admin vs Member roles.
