How do I create an Organization account?
Set up an Organization plan to share Magisterium AI with your team, parish, or institution.

The Organization plan gives every member of your team unlimited Magisterium AI usage on shared, consolidated billing.
Create the organization
- Sign in to Magisterium AI.
- Click your name in the bottom-left of the sidebar, then choose Create Organization.
- Fill in your organization name and submit.

Subscribe to the Organization plan
- After the organization is created, the account dropdown switches to the new organization. Open Manage Plan (or visit
/account/organization/plan). - Click Upgrade on the Organization plan, or open the Plan page, choose the Organization tab, and click Subscribe.
- Toggle between Monthly and Annual billing.
- Set your initial number of seats (default 5, minimum 1; you can change it later).
- Complete checkout in Stripe.
Invite members
Once the subscription is active:
- Open Settings → Organizations from the account sidebar (the Members page at
/account/organization). - Click Invite to Organization, enter the email, and click Send Invitation.
- The new invite appears under Pending Invites as Member by default. Once they accept, you can use the role dropdown to bump them to Admin.
Invited people receive an email with a link to accept and join the organization. There is no "Resend" action — if an email doesn't arrive, delete the pending invite and send a fresh one.
Switch between accounts
If you also have a personal subscription or belong to multiple organizations, click your name in the sidebar and choose any organization from the Accounts list to switch contexts.
Need a larger plan?
Organizations with more than 100 seats can request a custom Large Organization plan with priority support — contact us to discuss it.
