You can save any chat you want to revisit by pinning it. Pinned chats stay at the top of your sidebar list.

Pin a chat from the sidebar

1. In the sidebar, hover over a chat to reveal its menu.
2. Click the three-dot (⋯) menu and choose Pin.

A pin icon appears next to the chat title. Click Unpin in the same menu to reverse it.

Pin from within an answer

1. Open any answer in a chat.
2. Under the answer, click Save response (the bookmark icon).
3. The chat is pinned — you'll get a confirmation toast with a link to your chat history.

Where do pinned chats show up?

• In the sidebar, pinned chats sort to the top of Chat History.
• From Chat History (full view), a pin icon marks them so you can spot them at a glance.

What doesn't this save?

Pinning saves the entire conversation, not just the single answer. If you want to share a specific answer with someone, use Share instead — see Sharing a chat.

If you want to save a reference document or a specific page from the Source Library, use My Library — see Using My Library.
