Resetting your password

Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen to set a new one.

If you've forgotten the password for your Magisterium AI account, you can reset it at any time from the sign-in screen.

Reset from the sign-in screen

  1. Click Login in the sidebar.
  2. Enter your email address and click Continue.
  3. On the password step, click the Forgot Password? link — it opens a dedicated Reset Password page.
  4. Confirm your email is correct and click Reset Password to send the reset email.
  5. Check your inbox for the password-reset email and click the link inside.
  6. You're returned to Magisterium AI signed in with a "reset password" prompt — enter and save your new password from your Account page.

Password-reset email didn't arrive

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Make sure the email you entered matches the one you signed up with.
  • If you originally signed up with Google, Apple, Facebook, or X, you don't have a Magisterium AI password — use the same social provider to sign in. See Logging in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or X.
