Confirmation or account email didn't arrive
What to do when an email from Magisterium AI doesn't show up.
May 11, 2026
Magisterium AI sends a handful of transactional emails — sign-up confirmation, password reset, email change, gift card delivery, organization invitations. If one of those emails doesn't arrive, try these steps.
1. Check spam, junk, and promotions
- Open your spam and junk folders.
- Gmail users: check Promotions and Updates tabs.
- Look for the sender address
noreply@magisterium.comor similar.
2. Confirm the email address
- Make sure the address you're expecting the email at matches the one on your Magisterium AI account (or the one you typed during sign-up).
- If you're signing up fresh, the email may have gone to a misspelled address.
3. Request it again
- Sign-up confirmation — on the login screen, enter your email and click Resend Confirmation Email. See Confirming your email.
- Password reset — request a new reset from the login screen. See Password-reset email didn't arrive.
- Organization invitation — ask the Owner / Admin to delete the pending invite and send a new one from
/account/organization. (There is no "Resend" button; deleting and re-inviting triggers a fresh email.) See Invitation email didn't arrive.
4. Whitelist Magisterium AI
If you're on a corporate email system that filters aggressively, ask your IT team to allow magisterium.com emails. Consumer accounts sometimes drop emails with reset/confirmation links as suspicious.
5. Wait a few minutes
Transactional emails are usually delivered in seconds, but occasional queueing delays can push them a few minutes out.
