- Access — you can see and download the data associated with your account.
- Rectification — you can correct inaccurate information (name, email, personalization).
- Erasure — you can delete your chats, memories, and account.
- Portability — you can export your data in a structured format.
- Objection / Restriction — you can limit how we use your data (for example, turn off memory).
Exercising your rights from the app
- Access and portability: in your account, open Data controls in the left sidebar and click Export Data. See Exporting your data.
- Rectification: edit your profile and personalization any time (see Updating your name and profile, Diocese and location personalization).
- Erasure of specific content: clear chat history, manage or delete memories, or delete your account.
- Restriction: turn off Memory & Personalization to stop new memories being saved; use Temporary Chat to keep a conversation out of your history.
Requests by email
If you can't exercise a right from within the app — for example, a formal erasure request, a correction to data you can't edit, or a data subject request under GDPR — use the Contact form and choose Other.
Children
Magisterium AI is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction if higher). If you believe a child has created an account, contact us.
